Shipping:

Shipping time is approximately 10-25 days. This is not guaranteed, just the usual time for package arrival. If your package isn’t moving for even a week or more, this is normal, please be patient it is just waiting to get picked up by the plane. 

Our items ship from China by FedEx; there is no FedEx in China so they ship through Dubai. Once items reach Dubai that’s when you see the first movement on the tracking, from there the item will reach you within 3-5 days.

Items ship within 1-5 days of ordering, then they are just waiting to be “picked up” in Dubai as I described above.  

I email tracking normally within one week. For some shoe models, it may take longer as they take longer to prep. However, please be patient with this as well as it can take more than one week. If I haven’t emailed your tracking yet it means I do not have it and I am waiting for my vendor to give it to me. 

Track your items using the app/website called “17TRACK”, it shows detailed movements across all carriers (FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc).
